Tiles Storage On Platforms

Large platforms are loaded by a moving plane which stacks tiles, in square sets, in successive layers.
A special stacking device allows to form very precise layers also when stacking many levels.
It is also possible to create a light horizontal displacement between two successive layers in order to tie the layers to be even more stable during the transport.
When handling products with rough or “structured” surfaces it is more advisable to use a sucking plane rather than traditional suckers.
The platforms are moved by automatic laser guided vehicles that allow to create an entirely automatic storage plant, managed by PC.
