Dry squaring/chamfering unit model “SQUADRA 12/1″ TOP SQUADRA DRY” composed of:
Nr 2 modules with intermediate swivel, made with sturdy electro-welded steel structure and perfectly worked to ensure maximum precision during processing.
First module, for sizes 150 – 1200 mm, complete with:
Nr 12+12 side calibrator motors mounted opposed, prepared for front wheels up to Ø 300mm, equipped with handwheel for micrometric adjustment.

Nr 1+1 floating 45° bevelling motors, diamond recovery handwheel and pneumatic return.
All calibrator and bevel motors are equipped with a special protective casing and lower hoods for dust collection. The aforementioned hoods are connected to the central suction and powder conveying pipe to the bag filter.
The locking and dragging of the tile during processing takes place by means of two lower toothed belts and two upper toothed belts mounted on wear guides. The working pressure on the upper belts is exerted by pneumatic cylinders.
The movement of the spindle crossbars takes place through a gearmotor controlled by an inverter
Towing unit by means of gearmotor, controlled by inverter, with double output that ensures the same speed to the lower and upper belts.
At the entrance to the module, a device is installed for automatic centering of tiles relative to the axis of the machine.

5 m long connection line with painted steel support frame, complete with towing groups by means of gearmotor controlled by inverter and swivel for the 90° rotation of the tile with special double belt and double motorization controlled by inverter

Towing unit by means of gearmotor, controlled by inverter, with double output that ensures the same speed to the lower and upper belts.
At the entrance of the module is installed a device for the automatic centering of the tiles with respect to the axis of the machine, pusher controlled by a gearmotor managed by an inverter with encoder for alignment and positioning of the tile at 90 ° with respect to one of the sides already processed.
