TGV PALLET TECNOFERRARI automatic vehicles (TGV pallet) are battery-powered

shuttles that move automatically by means of a laser or

magnet guided automatic system, adaptable to every plant needs and

to any kind of product. For both systems the structure of the vehicle is

the same, with many advantages for what concern the maintenance and

the spare parts. The automatic guide of the TGV is suitable to manage

any type of pallets in several industrial situations: in addition to the TGV

pallet with a capacity of 2.000 Kg, we developed many other solutions

such as for example, vehicles for high loads (up to 3.500 Kg) or vehicles

able to do lifting across more than one floor (raising on 3 levels). Models

also exist in which re-charge also takes place automatically in a partial

re-charge station. In this case the TGV dedicates all block times to autorecharge

of the batteries, without operator intervention. The vehicles

have sophisticated and reliable active and passive

safety systems for continuous control of the surrounding space, to

prevent accidental blows.
